What can I expect from Chaos Karts Dubai?
Chaos Karts Dubai is a brand-new, never-seen-before live-action video game experience. You’ll be racing real karts around tracks in a digitally projected world, with virtual weapons and power-ups to use against your family and friends! Plus, add even more fun to your experience by competing against your friends in The Cube, Chaos Karts Dubai’s dedicated immersive game space. End your adrenaline-packed time with a treat at Chaos Karts Dubai’s awesome cafe.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last?
For you to have an estimate, people usually spend 1 hour at this experience. You can expect the race itself to last 20 minutes, but can also enjoy fun immersive games at The Cube, which can be purchased as Add-ons to your ticket.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
You will be able to purchase food and beverages at Chaos Kart’s cafe.
Is there parking available?
There will be free parking available.
Is there a dress code?
There's no defined dress code for this experience, but make sure to dress comfortably for the race.
TICKETS
Where can I get tickets?
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend that you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase your tickets in the Fever App or on the
Fever website.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the
Apple Store or
Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please
contact us.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please
contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our
T&Cs.
Can I make a group booking?
If you want to book a session for a group, you can choose to purchase a "Private Session" ticket, which will privatize the race track for your group. For enquiries about private parties for groups of over 7 people, please visit the "
Party Booking" section of our website.
ACCESS
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive within 10 minutes of your scheduled session. If you arrive later, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to race at the time of your scheduled session or with your preferred party.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no animals are allowed in this event’s location—not even service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Unfortunately, this experience could not be accommodated in an accessible venue. We are doing our best to make all of our experiences inclusive and would recommend you take a look at other experiences in your city.
What are the prohibited items at the experience? Can I smoke or vape?
Smoking and vaping are prohibited at the experience.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
Unfortunately, this experience could not be accommodated for deaf and visually impaired people. We are doing our best to make all our experiences inclusive and would recommend you take a look at other experiences in your city.
Will there be strobe lights?
This event will include strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/ exhibition?
This is a walkthrough experience, but limited seating will be available at Chaos Kart's cafe
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on-site, please reach out to
info@chaoskarts.ae.
Is coat check available?
Unfortunately, this venue has no coat check.
Is there an age requirement?
This experience only allows guests above 9 years old or at least 1.30m tall. All minors under the age of 16 years old must be accompanied by an individual aged 16 and over, or have the following
consent form pre-signed by an adult.
Are there any other restrictions?
For your own safety, you will not be able to play if you:
- Are pregnant
- Have Epilepsy
- Have a weak back and/or neck condition
- Are unable to use both legs and one arm
- Have consumed alcohol or illegal substances prior to playing
All customers will be required to sign a waiver during the pre-race briefing before participation.
Will there be an audio guide?
This experience does not include an audio guide.
